2. Information We Collect

As a PRO and business setup provider, we collect personal identification details such as names, passport copies, Emirates IDs and visas; business data such as trade licences, Articles of Association and corporate structures; and contact information such as email addresses, UAE phone numbers and office addresses.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process data to facilitate government transactions with authorities such as DED, Amer, Tasheel and MoHRE; perform mandatory Know Your Customer checks under UAE AML laws; and provide business consultancy, VAT registration and related corporate services.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only with authorised UAE government entities, including Dubai Economy, the Federal Tax Authority and the Ministry of Interior, where required to complete requested services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Security and Retention

We implement security measures to protect client documents and retain data only for the period necessary to fulfil legal obligations under UAE law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to your data, correction of errors or deletion, subject to UAE regulatory retention requirements for corporate service providers.
