1. Services Provided
Al Khtowah Al Sareah Corporate Services Provider provides business setup, PRO services and corporate consultancy in the UAE.
2. Professional Fees and VAT
All service fees quoted are exclusive of 5% VAT unless otherwise stated. Government fees from authorities such as DED and MoHRE are subject to change and will be billed at the actual cost at the time of the transaction.
3. AML & Compliance
In compliance with UAE Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing laws, we conduct due diligence on all clients. We reserve the right to refuse service if KYC requirements are not met.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for the authenticity of all documents provided, including passports, Emirates IDs and certificates. Delays caused by incomplete documentation or government rejections are not the responsibility of Al Khtowah Al Sareah.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Government fees paid to UAE authorities are non-refundable. Service fees for work already initiated are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
We act as an intermediary between the client and UAE government departments. We are not liable for changes in government policy, laws or sudden fee increases by authorities.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
